Gift card questions
How does the recipient use their gift card?
They choose a reading, click "Have a promo code or referral?" on the booking form, and enter the code from the gift email. The gift card’s value comes off the price at checkout.
Do gift cards expire?
No. A gift card never expires, so the recipient can book whenever the timing feels right.
Can a gift card be used more than once?
Each code is good for one booking. If the reading costs more than the gift card, the recipient pays the difference; any unused value is not carried over.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
When is the code delivered?
Right after checkout, by email to the purchaser. Forward that email to the person you are giving it to, or copy the code into your own card or message.
