Welcome to Sarah Wharton Astrology. By accessing my website at sarahwharton.com or purchasing any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use my website or services.

Services Offered

I offer various astrology reading services including but not limited to:

• Natal Chart Readings
• Solar Return Readings
• Career Consultations
• Transit Forecasts
• Tarot Readings

Each service has specific requirements, delivery times, and pricing as described on the individual service pages.

Booking and Payment

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Full payment is required at the time of booking
• Payment confirms your acceptance of these terms

Accurate Information

For astrology readings, you must provide accurate birth information (date, time, and location). Inaccurate information may affect the quality of your reading, and I am not responsible for readings based on incorrect data provided by you.

Delivery and Scheduling

Live Readings

For live video or phone consultations:

• Sessions are scheduled via Calendly after payment
• Please arrive on time for your scheduled session
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled at my discretion

Written and Recorded Readings

For asynchronous services (written reports, recorded readings):

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on current workload
• You will receive your reading via email to the address provided
• I will notify you if there are any delays

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice
• Rescheduling can be done through the link in your confirmation email
• Multiple reschedulings may be subject to limitations

Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund or full credit for future booking
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before or no-shows: No refund
• For written/recorded readings where work has not begun: Full refund
• For written/recorded readings where work has begun: No refund

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.

• Do NOT predict the future with certainty

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is my property or used with permission and is protected by copyright laws.

Your personalized readings are for your personal use only. You may not:

• Resell or redistribute your readings
• Use readings for commercial purposes
• Claim authorship of reading content

You may share excerpts from your readings for personal purposes with proper attribution.

Confidentiality

I treat all client information and reading content with strict confidentiality. I will never share:

• Your birth data
• Personal information shared during readings
• The content of your readings

I may occasionally share anonymized, general insights for educational purposes, but never identifying details without your explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of my services or website.

My total liability for any claim arising from these terms or my services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the appropriate courts.
